what's included?
- 2 hours of exclusive use of our classroom
- A 20-30 minute guided science activity with party host
- Time for food/drinks/cake*
- All day admission to the museum for guests (excludes after-hours parties)
- You are responsible for providing your own plates, napkins, utensils, cake/candle, food, and drinks. We offer discounted place settings if arranged in advance.
available times
- Weekend parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm.
- Private after-hours parties are held on weekends from 4pm-6pm.
- Weekday parties (ages 5 & under) are held Tuesdays through Fridays during museum hours.
- *All parties are subject to availability and prices differ based on the day/time booked.
bookings & cancellations
Birthday parties can be booked online, by calling us at 203-364-4009, emailing education@everwondermuseum.org, or by stopping by the front desk. Payment & signed contract with credit card information is required to secure your party date (activity choice must be made 30 days in advance). A final headcount is due 1 week prior to the party date. We will make every effort to reschedule parties that are cancelled due to poor weather conditions. The museum does not provide refunds but will issue a credit towards a future party booking.

guests included
Our parties are meant for 15 children (including birthday child) and 16 adults. Additional children are $15 each and additional adults are $10 each. All parties have a maximum 25 children, with movie-making capacity at 15. We require the birthday child’s parents to remain in the museum, and recommend 1 parent per child age 4 and under to remain in the museum, and a 5:1 ratio for supervision of all party guests. Our *new* super-sized parties can accommodate up to 25 children & 26 adults, and include 2 party rooms and hosts. Maximum capacity is 60 people.

Goody bags filled with age appropriate items from our gift shop are available for $5.00 each. We need to have advanced notice to complete an order.

This was the best birthday venue I’ve used! The staff was absolutely exceptional with the kids and the ease of transitions from one activity to another was seamless. All of our birthday guests enjoyed themselves tremendously. I also love the fact that there are areas for both babies and older kids so everyone has something to do. I was very impressed with EverWonder!
